To select more than one category:

Windows users should hold down the "Control" key while clicking the categories to select. The Control key may be labeled "CTRL" on your keyboard.

Macintosh users should hold down the "Option" key while clicking the categories to select. The Option key is labeled with a symbol somewhat like a clover.
